have two young children plus several family pets. As you saw they can make our homes carpeting a mess. When you got there
you assured us you would make all those stains go away. Even though you had to take more time than you originally told us,
you stayed and finished. Wow, what a difference! Our carpeting looks tan again. Please know that you will get a phone call

so it was a long time coming but we finally got our carpet cleaned professionally, no more rug doctor. We used Charlotte Carpet
Cleaning Services and the results were amazing! We really thought our carpet was beyond repair. But the people were very
knowledgeable, courteous, informative, and professional. They even took time out to play with taylor :) A couple things i
really appreciated was that there were no hidden fees, like to move your stuff ( they came early to help move the furniture),
i got an estimate over the phone, they are open 24/7, they always send a man and a women to your home, and they gave helpful
hints to keep our carpet in good condition ( Did you know that shoes are better for your carpet than bare feet? Ideally slippers
are the best because our feet secrete oils that bond with dirt and ruin you carpet.) As you can see we are sold.
